This Book May Be for You If…

You’re doing all the things, but still feel a little disconnected from yourself.

You want to feel more present in your own life instead of always moving on to what’s next.

You’ve started noticing patterns, habits, or reactions you’re ready to understand differently.

You want change to feel less like fixing yourself and more like making small, intentional edits.

Awareness → Choice → Edit

Awareness
Notice what is happening.

Choice
Create space between noticing and reacting.

Edit
Make one small, intentional change.

What You’ll Find Inside

Begin With Awareness explores what can happen when you slow down long enough to notice what is already here.

You’ll move through reflections on awareness, presence, patterns, distraction, relationships, and the quiet ways we can lose touch with ourselves in everyday life.

Throughout the book, Reflection Moments offer space to pause and consider what feels true for you, without giving you another system to follow or another version of yourself to become.

Prefer a place to write?

The Begin With Awareness Journal offers a quiet place to slow down, notice what is present, and put your thoughts somewhere outside your head.

Designed to be used alongside Begin With Awareness or entirely on its own, it offers open space for reflection without telling you what you should think, feel, or change.

Sometimes you don’t need another answer. You just need somewhere to begin.

You don’t have to change everything.
You begin by noticing.

Meet the Author

Brette Julian

I wrote Begin With Awareness after noticing how easy it is to move through life doing, responding, and taking care of what’s next without realizing how disconnected we can become from ourselves.

I wasn’t interested in writing another book about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. I wanted to explore what happens when we slow down enough to notice what is already here.

I’m learning alongside you. For me, awareness is where change begins, not because we suddenly have all the answers, but because once we notice, we have a choice.

Begin With Awareness grew from that idea and became the foundation for Mind.Body.Edit™.
